Does the inventory vary between online and in-store?
Yes, all the inventory housed within our boutique is BRAND NEW. Items online include both New and Vintage stock. We aim to add new inventory to the online site as quickly as we receive it, but there are times when the physical store will have a broader range of inventory than the online shop due to that delay. We often share new arrivals to our blog and social media accounts, as well as through our newsletter, so connect to those outlets to stay in the loop.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, One Posh Closet is only set up to ship in the U.S. BUT...If there is an item you absolutely love, reach out to us via email@example.com and we can try to assist you the best way possible.
Who do you collaborate with to obtain the inventory for OPC?
The collaborations and partnerships used to obtain the inventory for One Posh Closet are retailers, designers, stylist and fashion savvy women who partner with OPC to allow us to offer the ultimate collection of fashion designers.
What charities benefit from the purchases made at OPC?
Various charities will benefit from the purchases made through One Posh Closet. We are always looking for philanthropic efforts that empower women!

Are all the items on the OPC website "used"?
There are items on the OPC online store that are previously handled, but there are also many items that are brand new. Please reference our detailed description of each item to learn their condition.
PLEASE NOTE: EVERYTHING FEATURED IN OUR BRICK AND MORTER STORE IS BRAND NEW. We have access to the items online that are not brand new, but the things that are immediately available within our boutique is unquestionably brand new.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
Items marked as "Final Sale," including all layaway purchases and all Fine Jewelry items, may not be returned or exchanged.
All items have inventory control tags attached to them before shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the object can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied by any dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. The cost of replacing the missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
Client satisfaction is our only goal here at One Posh Closet. If there is an item that you do not love, send it back promptly, and we’ll assist you in exchanging it for something that will satisfy your needs or give you an in-store credit. One Posh Closet DOES NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
If special arrangements are made for an order to be shipped internationally, due to their processing and transit times, all international orders (excluding APO/FPO, Canada, and Puerto Rico) are considered FINAL SALE. These orders may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
