    What are your customer service hours?

    Our customer service hours are:

    Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 CST

    Our Bloomington, MN store hours are by appointment only. Appointments can be made by emailing, by calling the store at 952-217-5485, or by making an appointment online.

    Why the change to One Posh Closet from The Posh Mommy?

    As both our physical and online boutiques continue to grow, we want to make sure our brand reflects a more all-encompassing approach to the type of individuals who engage with us! While moms and kiddos are still a great and valued component of our community, One Posh Closet wants all individuals to feel excited to shop and also join the OPC community.

    Does the inventory vary between online and in-store?

    The Posh team does their best to add new inventory to the online store as quickly as we receive it, but there are times when the physical store may have a wider range of inventory than the online store simply due to that delay. We often share new arrivals to our blog and social media accounts, as well as through our newsletter, so connect to those outlets to stay in the know! And if you're in the Minneapolis area, drop by during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-5:00) or make an appointment outside of those to browse the full expanse of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, One Posh Closet is only set up to ship in the U.S. BUT...If there is an item you absolutely love, reach out to us at our email address and we can try to assist you the best way possible.

    Who are the contributors of OPC?

    The contributors of One Posh Closet are women associated with any professional sport. They can be players wives/girlfriends, coaches wives/girlfriends, team office staff, cheerleaders or even professional athletes themselves.

    I am a woman affiliated in professional sports and would like to be a part of OPC, how do I consign my items?

    If you are affiliated with the professional sports arena and you would like to consign your new and/or used designer items, reach out to us via our contact page and we will collect all the necessary information to get you started selling on OPC.

    What charities benefit from the purchases made at OPC?

    There are various charities that will benefit from the purchases made on the OPC website. The charities close to the hearts of our contributors are the charities that take priority.

    Are all the items on the OPC website used?

    There are many used items on the OPC website, but there are also many items that are brand new, or like new. Please reference our detailed description of each item to learn their conditions.


    There are international sizes on your website that I am unfamiliar with, how do I know if this size is the correct size for me?

    If you ever have a question about a size, give us a call or send an email and we will do our best to answer any questions you have with sizing. Although OPC does not have a conversion chart for international sizes, there are many conversion charts in the cyber world that can also assist you with size conversions. If you’re in the Minneapolis area, please feel free to come into the store and try items on prior to purchasing.


    Return and Exchange Guidelines


    Items marked as "Final Sale," including all layaway purchases and all Fine Jewelry items, may not be returned or exchanged. 

    All items have inventory control tags attached to them prior to shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.

    Items must be returned within 10 days following purchase to receive a full refund. However, the item may still be exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase. Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied with any dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. The cost of replacing missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount. All items are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.


    Once we receive your package, we will confirm by email that we are processing your request, and a refund confirmation will be sent within 10 days. Refunds are processed to the same form as was used for payment. Refunds for in-store purchases are also honored within 10 days and will be credited to the original method of payment.

    International Returns

    If special arrangements are made for something to be shipped internationally, due to their processing and transit times, all international orders (excluding APO/FPO, Canada, and Puerto Rico) are considered as final sales. These orders may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
