Does the inventory vary between online and in-store?

We currently only sell our inventory online. Items online include both Brand New and Vintage pieces. 


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, One Posh Closet is only shipping in the U.S. BUT...If there is an item you absolutely love, reach out to us via clientservices@oneposhcloset.com and we can try to assist you the best way possible.


Who do you collaborate with to obtain the inventory for OPC?

The collaborations and partnerships used to obtain the inventory for One Posh Closet are retailers, designers, and stylist to allow us to offer the ultimate collection of fashion designers.


What charities benefit from the purchases made at OPC?

Various charities will benefit from the purchases made through One Posh Closet. We are always looking for philanthropic efforts that empower women!

Are all the items on the OPC website "used"?

There are items that OPC carries that are previously handled, but there are also many items that are brand new. Please reference our detailed description of each item to learn their condition. 


Return and Exchange Guidelines

Items marked as "Final Sale," including all layaway purchases and all Fine Jewelry items, may not be returned or exchanged. 

All items have inventory control tags attached to them before shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the object can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.

Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied by any dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. The cost of replacing the missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

Client satisfaction is our only goal here at One Posh Closet. If there is an item that you do not love, send it back promptly, and we’ll assist you in exchanging it for something that will satisfy your needs or give you an in-store credit. One Posh Closet DOES NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

International Returns

If special arrangements are made for an order to be shipped internationally, due to their processing and transit times, all international orders (excluding APO/FPO, Canada, and Puerto Rico) are considered FINAL SALE. These orders may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
