Client satisfaction is our only goal here at One Posh Closet. If there is an item that you do not love, send it back promptly, and we’ll assist you in exchanging it for something that will satisfy your needs or give you an in-store credit for the item that is being returned.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
Items marked as "Final Sale," and all Fine Jewelry items, may not be returned or exchanged.
All items have inventory control tags attached to them before shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied by any dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. The cost of replacing the missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
ONLINE PURCHASES DOES NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS - YOU HAVE 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO REACH OUT FOR AN EXCHANGE.
If you're exchanging your order, once we receive your package, we will confirm by email that we are processing your request, and a confirmation will be sent within five business days of your new tracking number of your exchange.
