Virtual Styling Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Virtual Styling Application ("Service") operated by One Posh Closet ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.


  • "Subscription" refers to the monthly Month-to-Month or Elite Subscription or yearly Premier Subscription offered by One Posh Closet.
  • "Virtual Closet" refers to the personalized digital space created for you after completing the Style Questionnaire.

Subscription Services

The Service is available as a Subscription. You agree to these services by subscribing to the automatic renewal terms described below.

Enrollment to the Elite Subscription requires payment of a 3-month minimum. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we offer a trial period for you to experience the service before committing to the 3-month minimum payment.

Style Questionnaire

Your Virtual Styling Application can only be created after completing the Style Questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us understand your style preferences and needs.

Personalization of Virtual Closet

After you’ve completed the Style Questionnaire, please allow 3-business days for your Virtual Closet to be personalized. 

Image Uploads

To get the most out of the Subscription, you must upload images of pieces in your physical closet to the application. 


The Subscription auto-renews on the 1st of every month/year. You’ll receive a 7-day reminder of your auto-renew Subscription. 

Declined Payments

Declined auto-renew payments will be handled with a grace period of 7 days to resolve the issue before any additional fees are applied.

Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the change will occur from your next billing cycle. 


If you cancel your subscription, notify your Posh Stylist 14 days before your next auto-renew. 

Post-Cancellation Access

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you have 30 days after your Subscription ends to screenshot any Lookbooks and/or Outfits from the application.

Rejoining the Subscription

If you choose to cancel your subscription but then decide to rejoin within 6 months, we will waive the rejoining fee.

Final Sale Policy

All Subscriptions are final sales. However, we offer a money-back guarantee for the first month of the subscription.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided through the Service, including Lookbooks and Outfits, are the property of One Posh Closet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute these materials without our written consent.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy]( for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Minnesota, United States, by the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Minnesota to litigate all such disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Posh Closet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.


We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you disagree with the new terms, please stop using the Service.
